We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The role will focus on maintaining, optimizing, and supporting Workday and other HR systems, ensuring accuracy of employee data, compliance, and reporting.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage and configure Workday and related HR systems
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and analytics
  • Analyze and enhance HR system processes and workflows
  • Provide system troubleshooting, support, and upgrades
  • Ensure integrity and compliance of HR data
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to improve processes and provide system training
  • Support core areas such as HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, and Payroll
  • Manage system automation, workflows, and notifications
  • Maintain professional and ethical conduct across all interactions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, HR Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 2 years dedicated HRIS experience; Workday experience strongly preferred
  • Experience configuring Workday business processes, security, and reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to build relationships and collaborate across teams
  • Able to travel up to 5% of the time
