A growing energy company is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support the optimization of its HR technology stack. This role will maintain the existing ADP system while contributing to the successful implementation of Workday. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about using data and systems to improve HR processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize current HRIS platform (ADP), including data entry, updates, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Act as a key contributor to the Workday implementation, supporting data migration, system validation, and user training.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
  • Generate and customize reports based on HR and business needs; analyze data to support decision-making.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to HR and business users on system functionality and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, user guides, and system documentation.
  • Participate in or lead system upgrades, process improvements, and integration initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in HRIS administration.
  • Proficiency in ADP and/or Workday strongly preferred.
  • Background in data migration, system testing, and process documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of data integrity and confidentiality.
