Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Part-Time HR Generalist for our client, a prestigious country club located in Sammamish, WA, dedicated to providing exceptional service and a welcoming environment for our members. This person will manage our client's HR functions, including payroll and benefits administration.
Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (onsite) each week
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management
- Collaborate with the Controller for payroll approvals.
Benefits Administration:
- Manage all employee benefits programs.
- Assist with open enrollment processes and ensure compliance with Washington state laws.
- Differentiate between part-time and Full time benefits.
HR Generalist Duties
- Assist with writing job descriptions, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on changes in Washington state employment laws
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a part-time role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and experience running payroll
- Familiarity with benefits administration and open enrollment processes
- Understanding of Washington state employment laws
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Compensation: $28-30/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
