Our client in Rockland County, NY is looking to hire a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Generalist for their manufacturing facility. This is an exciting opportunity to build the Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage payroll
- High volume Recruiting
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Heavy Employee Relations
- HR policy and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be out of Manufacturing
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tri-Net systems exp preferred
- Experienced with union and non union work forces
- Over 5 years of experience as an HR Manager
- 8 years of payroll experience
- Degree preferred
