Our Opportunity
North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, employer relations, compensation, benefits, and HR policies. NAL will provide relocation assistance to anyone outside of the Central/Southern Illinois area.
Your Priorities
While working within the fast paced, automotive environment, you will provide overall Human Resources and administrative support at the new Mattoon Service Plant
Performs recruiting, selection, and employment process for the purpose of meeting staffing requirements
Maintains all necessary personnel records, and ensures the confidentiality and security of all employee files and other sensitive information
Administers benefit plans, including Annual Benefit Enrollment, on a local basis, and conducts employee presentations on benefit plans, as needed
Your Background
BS in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline plus 0-2 years of experience or an AS Degree Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline plus 2-4 years of experience
Ability to organize, plan, and handle multiple priorities
Data Acquisition and reporting skills
Salary Range: $62,000- $72,000
