As our HR Generalist, you will serve in a non-managerial leadership role overseeing a variety of HR functions, employee relations, leaves of absence, and policy guidance as examples. You will be a resource for team leaders and staff to perform with a consultative approach regarding our policies, processes and practices. You will lead project opportunities within our HR team, regarding innovative process improvements, training sessions, and problem-solving.

You will join an experienced, passionate, and collaborative human resources team that is blending from a recent merger, to help fully integrate our organization regarding culture, values and community. You would be working in a hybrid environment with the expectation of a few days per week in the office as well as the ability to travel to other Clinica Family Health & Wellness clinics and facilities in Boulder, Broomfield, Adams counties on occasion.

Job Profile:

  • Do you have a foundation of human resources practices, policy administration and employee relations?
  • Have you worked with an HRIS entering information, looking into processing employee related processes?
  • Do you have passion for problem solving employee related challenges?
  • Are you experienced with building a team and an employee community?

What We Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or comparable experience preferred.
  • Two (2+) years' human resources experience
  • Two (2+) years' experience with human resources programs, including benefits and compensation
  • Two (2+) years' experience regarding leaves of absence including, FMLA, FAMLI, ADA, and Workers' Compensation
  • One (1+) year experience with HRIS system(s). We are using UKG
  • While this is a hybrid role, you must live in Colorado, within a reasonable commute to be in the office about 2 days per week
