RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and support candidate sourcing and hiring processes specifically within warehouse settings.
- Oversee employee benefits administration, including enrollment and coordination with providers.
- Lead new hire onboarding, orientation sessions, and support early-stage employee training initiatives.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with supervisors and employees; act as a liaison to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Partner with senior HR leadership to deliver coaching and apply company policies effectively.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the ADP HRIS system and manage regular HR data reporting.
- Support compliance with employment regulations and participate in miscellaneous HR projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years of human resources experience required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
- Must be proficient with ADP WorkForce Now platform.
- Previous experience in employee relations within a manufacturing or distribution setting preferred.
- Understanding of worker's compensation, recruitment, and immigration/visa processes is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of state and federal labor laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
COMPENSATION $60,000 - $63,000
