Job Title: Sr. HR Operations Specialist/Generalist ( Director Level)
Contractor Position (6-Month Duration)
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join one of our clients for a 6-Month contract. This role is 3 days in office per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive experience.
- HRIS Management: Maintain HRIS system accuracy, update processes, and generate metrics and reports.
- LOA Management: Administer employee leaves, ensuring compliance and timely communication.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and assist in internal and external audits.
- Mergers & RIF: Support HR operations during mergers, acquisitions, and layoffs, ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) a plus.
- Experience: 8-10+ years in HR operations, including onboarding, HRIS, LOA administration, and compliance; experience with mergers or RIF preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in HR platforms (BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lattice), strong understanding of HR laws, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
