Director of Human Resources (Pennsylvania)

Purpose:

Are you a dynamic, transformational leader with a passion for people and strategy? As the Director of Human Resources, you'll drive the cleanup and restructuring of our HR framework, establish a global shared services model, and integrate innovative HR functions. This role is a unique opportunity to shape culture, streamline processes, and make a global impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Transform HR through streamlined global processes, a shared services model, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Structural Improvements: Redesign and optimize HR frameworks for clarity and efficiency.
  • Culture Building: Champion a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture and ensure culture fit in hiring and HR practices.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and retention strategies to attract and engage top talent.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, WC, and EEO, while staying ahead of HR trends.
  • Training & Development: Implement impactful employee growth programs and leadership development initiatives.
  • HR Metrics: Track and report key performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Leadership Development: Mentor and guide HR team members, fostering leadership and growth within the department.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of HR experience (3+ in leadership).
  • Experience in the medical space or regulated industries highly desirable.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong leadership with a proven track record in HR transformation and global processes.
  • Expertise in compliance, employment law, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, team-building, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in HR systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
