Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Designated Employer Representative (DER) Assistant to provide temporary support. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining and updating critical records, handle administrative requests from Safety and Environmental Representatives (SERs) and the Management Team, and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all documentation in accordance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and manage digital and physical records with incoming files and information.
- Respond promptly to administrative requests and queries from DER's and management.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, especially regarding confidentiality and data protection.
- Organize and maintain file systems for efficient retrieval and secure storage.
- Perform general administrative duties to support DER-related tasks and compliance efforts.
Job Requirements:
- Proven organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of confidentiality practices and data protection standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain professional discretion.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to task completion.
