Job Details

As our Temporary Human Resources Coordinator, you'll step into a hands-on role that supports our day-to-day HR operations and ensures our team members feel informed, supported, and connected. From onboarding new hires to responding to employee questions, you'll play a key role in creating a seamless employee experience during a period of high impact for our team.

The duration of this contract will be from June 2025 - December 2025.

3 Things that are Needed for this Job:
  • 2+ years of experience in a People Operations, HR Coordinator, or related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

3 Things You will be Doing in this Job:
  • Maintain and audit employee records throughout the entire employee lifecycle, track benefits enrollment, and support leave of absence documentation
  • Coordinate the full new hire onboarding process from background check to orientation, and support all aspects of offboarding
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, internal systems, policies, and procedures
