Our client is looking for an organized, upbeat, and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team.

What You'll Do:
- Schedule interviews, coordinate background checks, and prepare offer letters.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
- Communicate directly with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
- Maintain accuracy in systems (Workday ATS experience a plus).
- Juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Business, Psychology ideal).
- Internship or professional experience in HR, Recruiting, or Customer Service.
- Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
- A positive, upbeat, and reliable attitude is a must.
