Our client at LHH is looking for a Division HR Coordinator to join their growing team.


Job Summary: The Division HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development plans.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the HR department and the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
