Pay Rate: $24.00-$31.00/hr (W2)

Location: San Diego, CA or Utah - Hybrid (Minimum 2 days onsite/week)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • ️ Manage the Employee Discount Ticket program in line with SLAs and help drive continuous improvement
  • Organize and lead New Hire Orientation logistics (room bookings, IT setup, equipment prep, etc.)
  • Conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions for all levels of employees
  • Coordinate and send department-wide celebratory communications
  • Keep internal messaging fresh by updating TV communications across all U.S. locations
  • Pitch in with a variety of other exciting HR projects as needed
