Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator/ Client Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role within Client Strategy by driving Human Resources initiatives aimed at enhancing value and optimizing process support for our clients. The primary focus will be to enhance client relationships by strategically aligning efforts across various departments and platforms. Success in this role requires a robust understanding of both internal and client-facing resources, paired with proficiency in the company's standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to rapidly assimilate information and concepts, coupled with the agility to pivot and convert new insights into actionable solutions that effectively meet client's needs. In addition, the CSC should exhibit outstanding communication and organizational skills.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a robust understanding of both internal and client-facing resources to enhance the client experience.

  • Collaborates on projects aimed at enhancing value for our clients and optimizing process support.

  • Adapts and applies acquired knowledge to provide effective solutions to streamline processes and enhance client support.

  • Prioritizes and coordinates activities to meet deadlines and achieve strategic goals.

  • Fosters positive interactions between the company and clients to enhance overall satisfaction.

  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and efficient completion of responsibilities.
  • Acts as a secondary liaison when required to support clients alongside the assigned Client Account Manager(CAM).
  • Identifies opportunities for innovation and suggests improvements in current practices.

  • Monitors and reports on open inquiry case management issues by serving as an additional escalation point to resolve client issues.

  • Utilizes analytical and critical thinking skills to address client challenges while offering innovative and practical solutions to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications: Required

  • Education and/or Experience -
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; or 1 plus years' experience will be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • 1+ year's professional Operations, Client Services, Account Management and/or Sales

experience.

  • Demonstrated ability in customer service, and problem resolution is required.

  • Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Other Skills and Abilities -
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task.
  • Must have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce.

Qualifications: Preferred


  • HRCI or SHRM Certification in at least one HR core competency is preferred, but not required.
