Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee file maintenance to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR-related reporting.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee questions, ensuring a seamless HR experience.
  • Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including interview scheduling and offer processes.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and systems (SAP, ADP, Employee Navigator).
  • Collect and analyze HR metrics related to hiring, retention, engagement, and compliance.
  • Process invoices and manage HR-related expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, pharmaceutical industry regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Participate in HR projects, including benefits enrollment, salary analyses, and training initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of HR experience (pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with SAP or HRIS systems is a plus.
  • HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Occasional travel required (up to 20%).
