Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee file maintenance to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR-related reporting.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee questions, ensuring a seamless HR experience.
- Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including interview scheduling and offer processes.
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems (SAP, ADP, Employee Navigator).
- Collect and analyze HR metrics related to hiring, retention, engagement, and compliance.
- Process invoices and manage HR-related expenses.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, pharmaceutical industry regulations, and HR best practices.
- Participate in HR projects, including benefits enrollment, salary analyses, and training initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of HR experience (pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with SAP or HRIS systems is a plus.
- HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with a strong sense of urgency.
- Occasional travel required (up to 20%).
