Foundry is seeking a team-oriented, motivated, and resourceful HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to the HR organization. This role will provide the opportunity to gain experience across multiple HR disciplines and is perfect for someone looking for a career in HR.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee inquiries; providing excellent customer service
- Update and maintain employee data in HRIS system, ensuring accuracy
- Generate employee reports monthly and on an ad hoc basis
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes of new hires and exiting employees
- Provide administrative support to annual programs such as salary planning & compensation reviews, performance reviews, talent engagement initiatives
- Contribute to other projects and process improvements as required
- Assist with recruitment needs around the pre-employment process, generating offer letters and coordinating equipment needs and system access with IT department
- Work closely with HR team members and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations
- Serve as back-up for payroll and benefits administration
- Conduct research to support HR initiatives for vendor inquiries
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of prior work experience; HR preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Strong written, verbal, and client communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion, especially when responding to sensitive employee questions and concerns
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
This role is currently 100% remote for the greater Boston area and will change to a hybrid on-site 2-3 days a week location in the local Boston area in the coming months.
