Our client, a global automotive leader, is seeking a talented HR Coordinator. This individual provides general support to the HR team. In addition, the HR Coordinator will manage the onboarding of new full-time hires (including New Hire Orientation), employees LOA requests, assist with preparation of data for annual HR processes (e.g., performance management), internal auditing of HR system and other ad hoc requests. The HR Coordinator is also the first point of contact for general employee questions and manages HR mailbox.
This is a 9-Month Contract with potential to extend longer term. It will require 3 days onsite per week in Mountain View, CA.

HR Operations Support:
• Onboarding
o Prepare new hires for Day 1 with welcome kits and onboarding materials
o Schedule and conduct New Hire Orientation
• Manages and tracks administration of leave of absence and disability process, including workers compensation
o Assist with leave of absence process communications to individual employees, including FMLA and salary protection benefits
o Works with Lincoln Financial on Intermittent and Continuous leaves
o Notify Managers of leave status
o Provide instruction to employees on leave tracking requirements
o Monitor employee leave status, notify payroll of status and update HRIS
o Process leave of absence paperwork and forward to third party administrator
• Data Management
o Update and organize team folders/files/archives
o Creates and maintains employee personnel files/e-files including I-9 records
o Conducts annual audits (compliance/HRIS/etc.)
• HR Team and Employee Support
o Monitor and respond to HR Mailbox emails, chats, etc.
o Provides additional administrative support to HR team as requested
o Prepare meeting materials including All Hands Town Hall
