Role Description
This is a Full time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator located in Lakewood, NJ at Brighter Strides ABA Therapy. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, employee relations, and implementing HR policies.
Qualifications
- HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Experience in Benefits Administration
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations
- Ability to implement and enforce HR Policies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification (eg, SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
