Type of Employment: Full-Time, permanent, 5-days a week; and some additional hours which may include Saturdays, depending on business needs and priorities.

We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team in Huron, Ohio.
Job Description:
As a Human Resources Coordinator at Mucci Farms, you will be responsible for recruiting for a variety of positions across our facilities in the U.S., assisting with our H2A program, new hire orientation, onboarding, and partnering with our Human Resources Team on projects. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and have a team approach. One that is collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about all things Human Resources.
Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Full cycle recruitment, onboarding, background checks, and new hire orientations
- Work with vendors to ensure background checks and drug tests are completed on time
- Assist with the H2A program and orientation/rehire of employees from that program
- Assist with benefit programs, (enrollment, employee changes)
- Maintaining ADP database, file entry, employee changes, status updates etc.
- Responsible for giving new hires and rehires orientation
- Oversee employee Leave of Absences
- Monitor employee performance program
- Responsible for HR Metrics; track key performance indicators (KPI's), employee turnover etc.
- Monitor security access card system, issue building access and photo I.D. cards
- Assist with time and attendance program for hourly workforce
- Documentation management (electronically in HRIS and employee paper file)
- Conduct employee exit interviews, track, monitor and report on trends
- Provide coaching support to supervisors and managers for performance reviews, policy compliance and progressive discipline processes
- Support company compliance objectives with research, revisions, and creation of company policy, ensuring legislative compliance
- Participate in company employee events as needed
- Duties as otherwise assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Completion of Associate's Degree, College, or University degree in Human Resources or related field is required
- At least 1 year of previous experience in Human Resources or Recruitment is required
- Must be able to communicate effectively, (writing and spoken) in Spanish
- Proven knowledge of HR legislation for Ohio, Michigan, Texas, and California
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), HRIS software (ADP Workforce Now) is strongly preferred
- Previous experience with ADP Workforce now would be an asset
- Must be able to communicate, (written and verbal) in a clear and concise manner with all levels of the organization
- Must be able to present to all levels of the organization in a clear and concise manner, (new hire/rehire orientations) in English and Spanish
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, and attention to detail is required
- Proven ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure, to multi-task and to reprioritize tasks daily
- Maybe asked to travel for job fairs, career events or to other facilities within the U.S.
- Maybe asked to complete other tasks based on experience and qualifications
Physical Abilities:
- Must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs
- Must be able to lift material regularly up to 14 kg / 30 lbs; and occasionally up to 23 kg / 50lbs
- Must be able to climb stairs and stand on feet for an extended period
- Must be able to work in a temperature-controlled environment of approximately 13 C / 55 F. or approximately 29 C/85 F
