The Dupps Company, located in Germantown, OH, is currently looking for a HR Coordinator to join its dynamic team. The hours for the position are Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls for The Dupps Company main line
- Greet and direct visitors
- Assist with mail services for the office employees
- Serve as the main contact for fitness reimbursements and service reward program
- Assist Benefits specialist with employee engagement and wellness activities
- Maintain digital and hard copy employee records
- Assist with DOT compliance and physical scheduling
- Act as back up for the Sales Administrative Assistant
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Suites
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Multitasking
Education/Experience Needed:
- Associates degree preferred
- 2+ years as a HR coordinator
- Notary a plus.
