HR Coordinator - Chalfont, PA
LHH is proactively recruiting for a HR Coordinator, near Chalfont, PA. This position is Full time Contract to Hire(temp to possible perm). 100% onsite. The anticipated pay range is between $25-$27/hr. depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Responsibilities:
• Provides exceptional customer service to employees in a professional and timely manner by responding to HR, Payroll and information requests by researching outstanding issues.
• Assists with employee events (planning and execution), activities and perks. Member of Employee Engagement Committee.
• Ensures all Onboarding for New Hires is completed in a timely manner
• Accurate and timely data entry
• Schedule onboarding meetings
• Send welcome emails to new hires
• Assist with recruitment
• Participate in career fairs
Qualifications:
1-3 years in HR
Bachelors Degree preferred
1-2 years in HR or payroll
Strong attention to detail
Experience in Icims, Ultipro, or Taleo is a plus
