Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Full-Time On-Site
Pay Range: $24.04 - $31.25 per hour
Bonus Eligible: Yes (Annual performance-based, typically 3-5%)
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our client's growing HR team in Dallas, TX. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting & Onboarding: Support the full-cycle hiring process from application review through onboarding.
- Records & Compliance: Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal standards.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with employee benefits including enrollments, changes, and communication.
- Policy & Compliance Support: Stay informed on legal changes and support HR policy updates as needed.
- Employee Engagement: Help plan and execute company events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for staff, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
- Administrative Support: Provide support with scheduling, reporting, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of HR experience in a coordinator or support role
- HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Fluency in Vietnamese strongly preferred
