This is a contract to possible permanent role. Our fast-paced Biotech client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support their People team. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining accurate recruitment data. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Maintain and update our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse and recruitment records
Post job openings to various job boards and internal platforms
Assist HR Team with resume screening and candidate follow-up
Coordinate background checks and reference checks
Prepare and send offer letters and other hiring documents
Support onboarding activities as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
1+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using applicant tracking systems (eg, Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience coordinating recruitment in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices
