We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our human resources team. The HR Business Partner will act as a consultant to managers and employees on human resource-related issues.
Responsibilities- Act as a consultant to managers and employees on human resource-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and talent management
- Partner with managers to develop and execute human resource strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage and oversee employee relations issues, including investigations and resolution of complaints
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address HR-related needs and opportunities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Stay up-to-date on emerging HR trends and best practices
- Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on HR-related topics
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR business partner or HR leadership roles
- Strong understanding of HR strategies and practices
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
