What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning HR strategy with business goals
  • Lead the full employee lifecycle - onboarding to offboarding
  • Provide counsel on performance management, SMART goals, and quarterly coaching
  • Support benefits, open enrollment, and compensation planning
  • Drive compliance across federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Use HR data and analytics to guide decision-making and storytelling
  • Partner on training, talent development, and workforce planning
  • Conduct investigations, stay/exit interviews, and ensure data integrity in Workday
  • Represent HR in company-wide initiatives and deliver training as needed
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years in Human Resources, including at least 2 in an HRBP role
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (required)
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-SCP, etc.) - strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of employment law and compliance
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and data analysis skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office + Workday HRIS experience preferred
  • Ability to work onsite 3+ days/week and travel up to 20% as needed
