We are working with a fast-growing, top-ranked consultancy firm with a global footprint and a dynamic project portfolio seeking an HRBP for a long-term consulting opportunity with the potential for permanent hire. What You'll Do:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning HR strategy with business goals
- Lead the full employee lifecycle - onboarding to offboarding
- Provide counsel on performance management, SMART goals, and quarterly coaching
- Support benefits, open enrollment, and compensation planning
- Drive compliance across federal, state, and local labor laws
- Use HR data and analytics to guide decision-making and storytelling
- Partner on training, talent development, and workforce planning
- Conduct investigations, stay/exit interviews, and ensure data integrity in Workday
- Represent HR in company-wide initiatives and deliver training as needed
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years in Human Resources, including at least 2 in an HRBP role
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (required)
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-SCP, etc.) - strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels
- Excellent communication, coaching, and data analysis skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office + Workday HRIS experience preferred
- Ability to work onsite 3+ days/week and travel up to 20% as needed
