HRBP - On site. Five days.
Supports daily HR operations with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy enforcement, and organizational development. Partners with leadership to drive culture, improve processes, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding for key roles; collaborate with hiring managers and external agencies.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure consistent onboarding experiences.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Support employee relations, conduct investigations, and advise managers on performance and development matters.
- Collect and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws; contribute to policy development.
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in full-cycle HR, preferably in a production or design-driven environment.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and employment law.
- Prior experience with system implementations is a plus.
- SHRM-CP certification preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to maintain presence in both office and production floor environments.
