Job Summary:

Are you a strategic and hands-on HR professional ready to take your career to the next level? A leading global manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support its Montgomery, AL facility. In this vital role, you'll partner with leadership and employees to drive HR strategies that enhance organizational performance, employee engagement, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align HR initiatives with business objectives to support plant leadership and workforce needs.

  • Lead employee engagement efforts, organizational development programs, and training strategies.

  • Manage labor relations and foster a positive, compliant work environment.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.

  • Support full-cycle talent acquisition in collaboration with corporate HR.

  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

  • Collaborate with plant leadership and corporate HR teams to maintain alignment with broader HR strategy.

  • Act as a key liaison for bilingual communications and HR processes across English and Spanish-speaking employees.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Skills:

  • Solid expertise in labor relations, training & development, and recruitment.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP preferred).

  • Strong skills in employee coaching, influence, and communication.

  • Adept at navigating complex issues with emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
