Position: Senior HR Business Partner
Location: McKinney, TX (Hybrid - Onsite Tuesday through Thursday)
Pay Rate: $35-$40/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Job Description:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to department leaders, offering insights and solutions to support business objectives
- Drive the creation and execution of talent development initiatives that foster employee growth and organizational success
- Lead efforts to optimize team structures and enhance overall workforce effectiveness
- Advise leadership on employee relations matters, performance coaching, and policy interpretation to ensure alignment with company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out impactful diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
- Contribute to long-term workforce planning by identifying talent needs, supporting career pathing, and enabling succession strategies
- Leverage data and analytics to uncover workforce trends and recommend evidence-based improvements
- Work closely with recruitment, learning & development, and compensation teams to ensure cohesive HR support across the business
- Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to a direct report (HR Generalist), ensuring their growth and development
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnership, talent development, or organization effectiveness
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic outcomes
- Strong background in employee relations, organizational design, DEI, and workforce planning
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred (not required)
- PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
