Responsibilities of the Human Resources Business Partner
- The Human Resources Business Partner will handle all employee relations
- Work with the unions, handle all union contracts and negotiations
- The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for coaching managers on how to best manage employees
- Compensation analysis, working with department heads to gather data
Preferred Qualifications of the Human Resources Business Partner
- Must have 3+ years experience in an HR leadership role
- Must have experience working with unions/with labor relations
Salary: $100-150k
