Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) leader for a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will be a current Supervisor or Director who is actively managing HRBPs, not solely HR Generalists. This is a strategic HR leadership role and requires more than general management or supervisory experience.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and supervising HR Business Partners
- Strong background in employee relations
- Ability to lead a team of 2-3 HRBPs supporting various divisions
- Familiarity with nonprofit organizations and Workday is a plus
- Must be available to work on-site at least 3 days per week in Chatsworth
Compensation:
- Salary range: $100,000-$115,000
- Will consider higher compensation for candidates who meet all qualifications and bring extensive experience
