We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to play a key role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and collaborate closely with HR leadership to support talent development, performance management, and cultural initiatives that drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Lead cyclical performance programs including goal setting, reviews, and individual development planning.
  • Talent Development: Facilitate talent reviews and support succession planning; identify candidates for leadership development programs.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a resource for employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with employment law and internal policies.
  • People Analytics: Leverage data and HR metrics to guide decision-making and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
  • Compliance Oversight: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries and partner with shared services to address employee needs.
  • HR Operations: Manage employee lifecycle touchpoints including onboarding, check-ins, and offboarding; maintain records in the HRIS.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Partner with HR leadership on key innovation projects and change management initiatives.
  • Employee Experience: Support or coordinate on-site events, learning programs, and engagement activities.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute to broader HR efforts and support other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a strategic HR advisory or business partner capacity.
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar credentials preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with HR data and reporting
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday or equivalent preferred)
  • Technically adept with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
