Pay Range: $24.00 per hour to start; up to $32 per hour after 90 days, based on performance

A leading manufacturer and installer of hurricane protection products is seeking an experienced and bilingual Human Resources Business Partner to join their growing team in Ft. Myers, FL. This is a high-impact, full-time opportunity for a driven HR professional ready to contribute immediately and grow into a long-term leadership role within an award-winning organization.
This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational and interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will play a key role in supporting recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance while serving as a trusted resource for staff and leadership alike.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a key partner in recruitment efforts; support and back up the Corporate Recruiter
Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure an outstanding employee experience
Maintain compliant and organized HR records and systems
Interpret company policies and update internal HR documentation as needed
Support employee relations and conflict resolution with professionalism and discretion
Assist in performance management processes, including documentation and improvement plans
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company practices
Manage updates in HRIS and internal systems
Deliver or assist in training sessions for employees and supervisors
Adapt quickly and professionally to shifting priorities in a high-paced environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Paycom is a plus
Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and documentation best practices
Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Professional, ethical, and detail-oriented
Demonstrated stable work history with strong references
