As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), part of a robust HR Team, you will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing expertise in all aspects of human resources management. You will collaborate closely with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives while ensuring the well-being and engagement of employees.
This role requires the candidate to be bilingual - Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop retention strategies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover.
- Collaborate with leaders to establish performance metrics and goals. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance evaluation processes and employee development plans.
- Identify training needs within the manufacturing division and design and implement programs to develop employee skills and competencies.
- Partner with external vendors or internal resources to deliver training sessions effectively.
- Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations relevant to the manufacturing industry. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and advise management on HR-related legal issues.
- Support organizational change initiatives within the organization, including restructuring, process improvements, and culture transformation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, in the manufacturing, warehouse or distribution industry.
- Bilingual - Spanish.
