Our Fortune 100 FinTech client is hiring a Leave Management HR Coordinator to join their dynamic HR Operations team. This individual will play a key role in managing leave-related processes and ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a top-tier associate experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide variety of Leave Management activities, including updating key transactions in the HR system and handling high volumes of case work in Salesforce.
  • Ensure documentation and system updates are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Act as a point of contact for associates, providing guidance on leave policies, pay issues, and benefits.
  • Prioritize and fulfill requests from external HR vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Offer and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, compliance, and the associate experience.
  • Support HR with auditing, testing, and reporting to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Guide and lead the successful completion of projects, potentially functioning in a project leadership capacity.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance; overtime may be required based on business needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • High School Diploma, GED, equivalent, or military experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting, payroll, or benefits administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service and associate support skills
  • Ability to perform audits and maintain data accuracy and compliance
  • Familiarity with leave and benefits programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree
  • Professional HR or Benefits certification
  • 1+ years of experience with Workday HR System
  • 1+ years of experience using case management systems
