LHH is recruiting for an HR Associate position in Philadelphia, PA. This position is long term contract (temp), 100% onsite. The anticipated pay range for this position is $20-$22/hr. Looking for someone with 1-2 years' experience in HR background.
Responsibilities:
Serves as the initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment of employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, and compliance
Maintain records of hiring, terminations, leave, transfer, and promotion
Assist with preparations of plans, policies, benefits admin, and documents
Support HR with onboarding, investigations, payroll, benefits, offboarding, vendor management, leave administration, and employment eligibility.
Qualifications:
Must have excellent written and verbal communications
Excellent time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suites, Google Suites, and HRIS applicant tracking or related software
Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Labor Relations or Business
3 years min of HR background
