Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant
Location: Moorpark, CA (100% Onsite)
Hourly Pay: $24 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our team in Moorpark, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in an HR department, with a strong understanding of onboarding processes, employee file management, job postings, and I-9 verifications.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees
- Maintain and update employee files, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Post job openings and assist with recruitment efforts
- Conduct I-9 verifications and ensure proper documentation is collected
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR department or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work 100% onsite in Moorpark, CA
