Job Summary:


Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support thriving Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks. This role focuses on employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and committed to maintaining a positive employee experience.

Salary-$55,000-$58,0000, 32 hours a week


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support benefits administration by processing enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
  • Assist in handling employee relations issues, escalating concerns as needed.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with regulations.
  • Process payroll changes, time-off requests, and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as requested.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and company guidelines.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
