Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Support benefits administration and timekeeping systems
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and event planning
Qualifications:
- 3+ year of experience in HR or professional administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services setting is a plus
