Nonprofit organization located in Chicago is looking for an HR Assistant. We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience along with their bachelor's degree.
You will be responsible for assisting the hr manager in day to day activities.
- This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support when needed for new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation, and ensuring completion of required paperwork
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information
Candidates should have strong computer skills and great communication/organizational skills.
