Provide guidance on recruitment flexibilities, incentives, and sources.
Support the overall hiring process, including developing or validating position information, and maintaining all hiring documents, metrics, and hiring status.
Update required systems or databases as required, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
Manage the awards and recognition process, including ensuring consistency in award value to accomplishment and tracking award processing by HR personnel and OCHR. 2+ years of experience using Navy HR programs and systems such as DCPDS and TWMS
Experience developing or validating level specific position information and job duties
Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 Suite tools, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: 5+ years of experience in a Navy HR environment
Experience developing strategic HR plans
Ability to learn new concepts, processes, and tools quickly and comprehensively
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent organizational skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
