About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our San Jose office. You will be the go-to point of contact for HR matters including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HRIS administration, compliance, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Run the performance management cycle: goal setting, reviews, and feedback facilitation.
- Administer and maintain the HRIS and related systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficient reporting.
- Manage employee records, benefits administration, and leave tracking.
- Respond promptly to employee queries and grievances with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor the HR mailbox and maintain service levels.
- Maintain and update the North America Employee Handbook.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes and systems.
- Handle general administration: asset management, office space/insurance renewals, check collection and deposit, travel coordination, and client relations.
What You Will Bring:- Demonstrated success in HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HRIS platforms and tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Initiative and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting flexibly to evolving needs.
