Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

Job Description

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a vital role in partnering with management to execute the organization's human resources and talent strategy. This includes managing talent needs, hourly staffing, employee engagement, retention, and onboarding. You will oversee the entire onboarding process, maintaining a new employee tracker from the application stage to the 90-day review. Additionally, you will handle the timecard process, review and audit employee timecards weekly, and assist with preparing bi-weekly payroll for submission.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with management to understand and execute human resources and talent strategies.
  • Manage the entire onboarding process for all new hires and maintain a new employee tracker.
  • Review and audit employee timecards on a weekly basis.
  • Assist with preparing bi-weekly payroll for submission.
  • Provide support and guidance to management and staff on HR policies and processes.
  • Oversee employee disciplinary meetings and terminations in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.
  • Manage local talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Essential Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources or a degree in human resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Organizational skills and outgoing personality.
  • Experience with onboarding and recruitment processes.
Work Environment

This role requires working fully onsite with hours from 7:30 AM to 4 PM. There is flexibility for an early start at 7 AM or a late start at 8 AM, with an 8-hour day including a 30-minute unpaid lunch. You may be required to start at 7 AM to assist with payroll every other Monday. The team environment is vibrant and diverse, providing a dynamic workplace experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
