Title:- Human Resources Administrator

Fulltime job - 100% Onsite.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Executive to join our team. This role will support day-to-day HR operations as well as general administrative duties, ensuring smooth business operations and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
• ssist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle attendance, leave tracking, and payroll inputs.
• Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
• ssist in performance appraisal processes.
• Manage exit formalities and full & final settlements.
Administration:
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Oversee facility management and coordinate with vendors (cleaning, security, maintenance).
• Handle travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and office events.
• Manage official documents, correspondence, and filing.
• Coordinate with finance for invoice processing and petty cash.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR/Admin role.
• Familiarity with HRMS and office management procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Exposure to labor law compliance.
• Experience with recruitment portals and job boards.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
