Position Overview: Sunny Sky Products is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable
Temporary HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department during a peak period of activity. This role will play a vital part in ensuring smooth HR operations, assisting with administrative tasks, employee file management, onboarding processes, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative support.
- Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical files).
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process, including background checks and I-9 verification.
- Help coordinate new hire orientation sessions.
- Enter and maintain data in HRIS systems accurately and promptly.
- Track and organize documents related to benefits, training, and compliance.
- Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team (scheduling, scanning, filing, etc.).
Qualifications:- 1+ years of administrative or HR-related experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
