Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Human Resources Administrator III to join their team. As a Human Resources Administrator III, you will be part of the HR department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong customer focus, integrity and trust, and excellent written communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Human Resources Administrator III
Location: West Point, VA
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
What's the Job? - Perform a variety of Human Resources responsibilities including benefits and compensation administration.
- Assist with recruitment processes and maintain HR-related databases and files.
- Participate in grievance meetings and provide written communications as needed.
- Help develop or modify training programs and distribute employee information.
- Assist with special projects and coordinate communications for salary interviews.
What's Needed? - Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or minor in HR, with at least three months of HR experience preferred.
- Demonstrated customer focus and ability to build effective relationships.
- Strong integrity and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in written communication with the ability to convey messages clearly.
