Job Description N&M Transfer is searching for a full-time Human Resources Administrative Assistant to work Monday through Friday. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone pursuing a challenging and rewarding career in Human Resources. This position is located at our corporate office in Neenah where our employees enjoy a casual work environment.
Responsibilities include filing, scanning, faxing, copying, composing and distributing letters, conducting new hire orientations, ordering supplies, assisting employees as well as job applicants, processing new hires and terminations, assisting with recruitment, and other administrative duties with ample opportunity for growth.
Qualifications: - Ability to work in a fast-paced, confidential environment to assist the entire HR Department with daily, quarterly and annual projects.
- Detail-oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Very good organization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills are required, along with strong computer skills.
- A secondary education in Human Resources is ideal, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
