Job Title: Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Job Location: Board Office

Salary: Between $24.62 - $34.96 per hour, commensurate with experience

Full/Part-Time: Full-Time

What You'll Do:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with new hire onboarding.
  • Manage personnel exhibit for board meetings.
  • Post job openings and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Process contracts and verify salary placements.
  • Monitor certification requirements and assist with compliance.
  • Manage the absence management and substitute procurement system.
  • Assist with document management, reporting, HR purchase orders, and office inventory.
What You'll Bring:
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in office administration, inventory control, and vendor management.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment.
