Key Responsibilities of the Human Resource Manager

Lead HR Operations team in managing the employee life cycle, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.

Oversee onboarding, personnel records, HRIS data entry, and compliance documentation.

Supervise staff, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.

Collaborate with internal teams on payroll, transfers, and employee data updates.

Maintain data privacy and respond to employee and management inquiries.

Support the development of HR systems, policies, and process improvements.

Participate in special projects and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications of the Human Resource Manager -
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

5+ years HR experience, including 2+ in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR databases.
