HRIS Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and optimize HRIS functions, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
- Lead the HRIS team, managing process improvements, upgrades, integrations, and configurations.
- Supervise HRIS Analysts, providing coaching and performance support.
- Support migration to ADP Workforce Now and maximize HRIS capabilities.
- Act as a technical expert for HR systems, managing data flow, testing, and reporting.
- Implement and refine HR technology solutions across a multinational workforce.
- Develop and manage system integrations with APIs, SFTP, and other protocols.
- Oversee secure data transfers and partner with IT on infrastructure and compliance.
- Configure modules for HR, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent.
- Troubleshoot system issues and maintain vendor relationships for enhancements.
- Lead system upgrades, module rollouts, and automation projects.
- Ensure security protocols, access controls, and compliance measures.
LOCATION & BENEFITS:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 3+ years in HRIS, with 2+ years of ADP experience.
- 1+ years experience leading, managing, and coaching HRIS Analysts.
- Expertise in SFTP, APIs, system integrations, and security compliance.
- Strong background in data warehousing, reporting, and SQL queries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
