HRIS Manager


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and optimize HRIS functions, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
  • Lead the HRIS team, managing process improvements, upgrades, integrations, and configurations.
  • Supervise HRIS Analysts, providing coaching and performance support.
  • Support migration to ADP Workforce Now and maximize HRIS capabilities.
  • Act as a technical expert for HR systems, managing data flow, testing, and reporting.
  • Implement and refine HR technology solutions across a multinational workforce.
  • Develop and manage system integrations with APIs, SFTP, and other protocols.
  • Oversee secure data transfers and partner with IT on infrastructure and compliance.
  • Configure modules for HR, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and maintain vendor relationships for enhancements.
  • Lead system upgrades, module rollouts, and automation projects.
  • Ensure security protocols, access controls, and compliance measures.

LOCATION & BENEFITS:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • 3+ years in HRIS, with 2+ years of ADP experience.
  • 1+ years experience leading, managing, and coaching HRIS Analysts.
  • Expertise in SFTP, APIs, system integrations, and security compliance.
  • Strong background in data warehousing, reporting, and SQL queries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
